The board, administration, and staff have collaborated to create the Ruth Hughes Memorial District Library 2011-2015 Strategic Plan, a document that showcases our vision of the library's goals and objectives for the next five years.  Over the past year, the board, administration, and staff have worked hard to identify the needs of both library branches in order to come up with ways to fulfill them efficiently. 

 

We are confident that this plan will enhance the quality of service that we provide to our patrons.
